1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unwind (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Unwind is a mobile application that provides guided meditation, frequency sounds, daily rituals, and wellness content. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Unwind Pro is available through auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the App
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and software, is the property of Unwind or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

The content provided in Unwind is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or heard in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unwind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
